About five years ago, I had a new roof installed by a well-known Nashville company, but it has had a small leak since the beginning. They never found the source and eventually gave up, and other roofers I hired couldn’t fix it either.
A couple of weeks ago, after some shingles blew off, I called Tim Leeper Roofing. When their representative came out, I mentioned my ongoing frustration with that leak. He actually listened and inspected the area, discovering that some of the original shingles hadn’t been installed properly, which was causing water to pool.
He came up with a clear, reasonable plan to fix it. Since the repairs were completed, we’ve had a major rainstorm, and I’m happy to report there was no leak. I would definitely recommend them—they’re the only ones who actually listened, understood the problem, and provided a real solution.
